Bookings and requests
An instant offer becomes a booking only after the reservation is submitted and confirmed. A custom route request is not a confirmed booking until a manager provides a price and the customer accepts it.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are per vehicle unless stated otherwise. The booking summary identifies included taxes and standard service. Optional stops, waiting beyond the included period or changes to the route may affect the final price.
Pickup and passenger responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, pickup and flight information and be available at the agreed location and time. Passenger and luggage limits must match the selected vehicle category.
Changes and cancellation
Eligible reservations may be cancelled using the Reservation ID. Cancellation conditions depend on notice time, route and service partner. Please contact us promptly when plans change.
Delays and force majeure
Swift Transfer makes reasonable efforts to adjust airport pickups when flight information is provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by extraordinary weather, road closures, government action or other events outside reasonable control.
